Hostinger 1-Year Bundle — Hosting, AI Automation & Email Marketing

Back to Build, Automate & Deploy ↗.

This bundle brings three useful parts of a small business setup together: a website and business email, one managed automation application, and email marketing through Reach. The ShreeTools offer is for 1 year.

For example, someone can visit your site, request a guide, join your subscriber list and receive a useful follow-up. Your automation app can handle the internal work around that request. You do not need to use every feature on day one; start with one complete customer journey.

What Hostinger Unlimited includes

  • Unlimited websites and mailboxes for the included term, subject to Hostinger’s fair-use and resource rules.
  • 50 GB NVMe storage, shared across the hosting plan—not 50 GB for every site.
  • Daily backups and restore capability.
  • An eligible domain for 1 year, plus SSL and CDN.
  • WordPress and compatible Node.js websites/apps, with the supported Hostinger website and eCommerce features.

“Unlimited” describes the site/mailbox allowance, not infinite disk, compute, traffic handling or email sending. Several busy sites still share finite resources. Check mailbox storage and sending limits in the actual plan before moving a whole organisation’s email into it.

A free first-year domain does not mean every domain extension, a premium domain or future renewals are included. Confirm the eligible domain and registration details, and keep ownership and renewal access clear.

What I would use the hosting for

A main business site, a portfolio, a few focused landing pages, or a WordPress content site. WordPress with WooCommerce can support a store; the exact plugins, payment provider and licence requirements remain separate.

Compatible Node.js support can be useful for a small app, but check the runtime, framework and deployment requirements before ordering for a specific project. This is not a promise of root access, GPU compute or an unrestricted production VPS.

Use the mailboxes for normal business conversations. Reach is the separate subscriber-marketing tool; do not use a normal inbox to send a bulk campaign just because mailboxes are included.

Choose the automation app by the job

OpenClaw: an assistant you can message

OpenClaw is useful when you want to ask for research, a report or an action from a chat interface. Hostinger documents connections to WhatsApp, Telegram and Hostinger Email.

You might ask it to prepare a daily operations brief, look up information in connected tools or draft a response for review. Its available actions depend on the integrations and permissions you configure; connecting a chat app does not give it automatic access to your business data.

Hermes Agent: longer, multi-step tasks

Hermes is useful for research, planning, coding assistance and work that benefits from context across steps. Hostinger documents Telegram connectivity and supported model-provider connections.

Give it a bounded task, sources and a definition of a useful result. Review saved context and outputs instead of assuming an agent’s memory is always correct.

n8n: a workflow with explicit steps

Choose n8n when the process should be visible and repeatable: form → validation → saved record → notification, or scheduled data collection → checked report.

Hostinger manages the deployment and infrastructure around this instance, including updates and backups, with dashboard access for the application, environment, backups and logs. You still configure credentials, workflow logic, error handling and access to your data.

This is Hostinger-managed n8n, not the separate n8n Starter — Visual Workflow Automation ↗ Cloud Starter offer. Do not import that offer’s 2,500-execution allowance into this bundle. The managed instance has its own resource limits and terms; there is no basis here to promise unlimited compute or external API use.

Hostinger’s current app catalogue also lists Paperclip. Confirm eligibility before selecting an additional catalogue option; it is not an extra simultaneous instance automatically added to this offer.

The switching rule to understand before experimenting

Do not treat switching as opening another tab. Configuration, conversation history and custom setup are not an automatic migration between different apps. Export or document important work and confirm what a backup can actually restore before deleting anything.

For example, selecting n8n for your lead workflow does not also leave OpenClaw running on the same instance. Choose n8n for the workflow described below, or design an alternative around your selected agent.

Reach 500: the numbers that matter

The current Reach 500 allowance is 500 distinct recipients per month, 3,500 emails per month and 10 Reach AI credits per month. Limits reset on the first day of each calendar month.

The recipient count is the number of different addresses you contact during the month. Deleting contacts afterward does not erase that usage, and sending separate batches to different people still adds to the same monthly count.

The email allowance counts messages, not campaigns. Seven emails to all 500 recipients would use 3,500 messages, leaving no allowance in that example for other counted sends. Plan campaigns and automated follow-ups together rather than budgeting each separately.

Reach AI credits help with supported email creation and design. They are not model credits for OpenClaw, Hermes or n8n. Do not assume unused monthly allowances accumulate indefinitely.

What you can do with Reach

Send a one-time campaign, create a welcome message, or build a short sequence with delays. Use appropriate tags and segments so a person receives material relevant to what they asked for. A useful follow-up could explain how to use a guide rather than immediately sending another promotion.

Supported store connections provide post-purchase and abandoned-cart workflows, but compatibility differs:

  • WooCommerce: connect the WordPress site to Reach with WooCommerce active. Cart recovery is for subscribed contacts who start checkout without completing payment; the documented trigger waits about an hour. A direct Return to Cart link is currently not supported in this integration.
  • Hostinger AI Builder store: connect an active store and confirm subscribers are visible in Reach. The current guide describes hourly checking, typically 1–2 hours before a cart email, with an 8-hour per-contact cooldown. Do not carry those timings over to every other integration.

Test the actual store flow before turning it on. Do not assume every checkout visitor has agreed to marketing or that every store platform supports the same automation.

Smart Sending can distribute a campaign over a 24-hour window using past engagement. Contacts without prior open history receive it at the scheduled start time. That makes it unsuitable for a message that must reach everyone at the same exact moment.

A smarter way to use this: build a consent-aware follow-up that also tells you when it breaks

The interesting part is connecting the website, subscriber state and internal operations—not simply collecting a long list of email addresses.

  1. Publish one useful resource or service page with a clear form and an honest explanation of the emails the person is agreeing to receive.
  2. Connect the supported form to Reach and configure double opt-in where appropriate. A newly synced contact starts as Waiting for opt-in and becomes Subscribed after confirmation.
  3. Trigger the relevant welcome sequence from the confirmed subscription/segment. Test with a fresh address that has not confirmed, then one that has. The unconfirmed person should not receive the campaign or automation.
  4. With n8n as your selected automation app, use the form’s supported webhook/API or integration to create an internal record and notify the appropriate teammate. Use a stable submission ID so retries do not create duplicates. Keep service-request handling separate from marketing consent.
  5. Test a duplicate submission, an unsubscribe, an invalid address and a failed integration. Make the failure visible to you instead of silently losing the request. Review the first real runs before enabling broader automation.

Here is the easy-to-miss detail: Reach’s double opt-in applies to supported automatically synced contacts, not contacts manually added or imported by CSV. Importing a list does not create proof of consent. Confirmation emails themselves are documented as excluded from the monthly email-message allowance, but normal campaigns and automated marketing still count.

This is useful for a consultant delivering a guide, a service business routing enquiries, or a creator building a small audience. It gives you a process you can test instead of assuming “the form is connected” means the whole journey works.

Hosting the agent and paying for the model are separate

Hostinger supports an integrated nexos.ai route for supported agents, as well as supported external model-provider keys. The available provider and model depend on the selected app and configuration.

Your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or other provider account can create separate API charges. Long research runs, repeated tool calls and large inputs can use more credit than a short chat. The managed app subscription does not promise unlimited inference, every model or a fixed included balance that has not been stated with the offer.

Use separate keys for experiments, set provider-side usage controls, and review both Hostinger and provider dashboards. Paid integrations and data sources can have their own costs too.

A sensible first setup

Secure the account and verify all three bundle entitlements and their expiry dates. Connect one domain, publish one site and create the mailboxes you actually need. Configure Reach’s sender authentication, following its DNS instructions, then test a welcome flow with your own address.

Choose one automation app and begin with non-sensitive data. Give it only the permissions needed. Hostinger’s agent connector can manage resources such as DNS, hosting, email and billing, so broad access deserves particular care.

Finally, check storage, recipients, messages, model usage and renewal settings. Keep independent copies of important site content and automation configuration; a managed backup is useful only when you know what it covers and how to restore it.

Activation, warranty and support

ShreeTools guides activation for the one-year bundle. Confirm the actual account/delivery route, required payment method, included app entitlement and warranty before ordering. This page does not assume a generic coupon, a supplied account or an unstated full-year warranty.

The public Hostinger website may advertise other purchase durations; those do not change this ShreeTools offer’s one-year term. Optional upgrades, future domain renewals, extra instances and external API usage are separate unless expressly included.

Covered support follows the confirmed offer and Warranty, Support & Refund Policy ↗.
