Zoom Pro is useful for classes, client calls, workshops and screen-sharing sessions where a short meeting limit gets in the way. You can explain a process live, answer questions and, with the right permissions and consent, keep a recording for later.
This particular ShreeTools offer has an important account condition. Read that before choosing it for sensitive work.
Available offer options
100 participants: 1 month or 1 year.
300 participants: 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.
Choose the participant capacity and validity explicitly. A 300-participant offer is not a statement that every standard Pro licence automatically includes that capacity, and a meeting licence is not automatically a Webinar licence.
Zoom’s current public Workplace Pro page lists meetings of up to 30 hours and 10 GB cloud recording storage per licence. Confirm the capacity, storage and enabled features in the account delivered for your selected offer. Storage is not unlimited, and optional products or additional licences can be separately chargeable.
How ShreeTools activation works
Provide a fresh email address that has never been used for Zoom. The provider creates the Zoom account and supplies its password. You supply the address, not the password to your email inbox. An additional email account is not included.
The existing delivery expectation is usually within 24 hours, subject to activation being completed successfully. Confirm timing before planning a paid event around it.
A logged-in provider may be able to access account information and cloud content. Do not treat this as equivalent to a privately owned account purchased directly from Zoom. For confidential client calls, sensitive recordings or strict organisational security requirements, choose an access model you are comfortable with before ordering.
A smarter way to use this: rescue the audio without re-recording the whole conversation
For an interview or training session, one participant’s background noise can spoil a mixed audio track. Zoom can save separate local audio files for each participant, which gives an editor more control afterward.
- On the supported Zoom desktop app, open Settings → Recording.
- Enable Record a separate audio file for each participant.
- Get the participants’ agreement and record the meeting on this computer. The host must record or grant recording permission.
- Let Zoom finish converting the recording after the meeting. Open the recording folder, then Audio Record, to find the individual tracks.
- Back up the completed files and edit the relevant track in your audio/video editor. Keep the original files so an edit can be checked or reversed.
This can help with uneven volume or noise affecting one speaker. It cannot undo everything, such as several people sharing one microphone. Computer recording is also available on supported free accounts; it is not an exclusive Pro feature.
Keep the initial recording location on a local drive. Zoom warns that recording directly to a cloud-sync folder or interrupting conversion can cause problems. Local recordings also do not include every cloud-recording layout or transcription feature.
First setup before an important session
Sign in, confirm the licence and participant capacity, and run a test call. Check microphone, screen sharing, recording location and the experience of someone joining as a participant. Use a meeting passcode and suitable admission controls rather than publishing an unrestricted join link everywhere.
Check cloud-storage use before recording a long event. Review which AI features are enabled; account administrators can control them. Do not assume an AI summary is private, perfectly accurate or automatically included in every delivered setup.
Warranty and support
Warranty follows the selected offer’s stated conditions. Eligible one-year offers include full one-year warranty; do not carry that duration over to a shorter offer without confirmation.
The vendor-maintained password condition is part of this deal. Resolve any conflict with your security requirements before ordering, rather than changing the account arrangement afterward and assuming coverage is unaffected.
