Microsoft 365 is for the work you need to keep editing: documents, spreadsheets, presentations and email. It is especially useful when a client, college or workplace expects an actual Word, Excel or PowerPoint file rather than a screenshot or a browser-only preview.
What this ShreeTools offer includes
Microsoft 365 Pro Plus · 1 Year+ access · 1 year warranty. The offer is for one individual, with use on up to 5 supported devices under the delivered account’s terms.
There are two options: without OneDrive, or with 1 TB OneDrive storage. Choose the storage option explicitly; it is not automatically included in both.
ShreeTools supplies a separate Microsoft sign-in ID and password. This does not upgrade your existing personal Microsoft account and is not a Microsoft 365 Family invitation.
What you can actually do with it
Use Word for proposals, assignments and reusable document templates. Use Excel for sales records, budgets and reports you can refresh instead of rebuilding. Use PowerPoint for a presentation you can edit offline and hand to someone else.
The core desktop apps are available on supported Windows and Mac devices, but the feature sets are not identical. Access is PC-only. Check the exact app and your operating-system version before ordering for a specialist workflow.
Microsoft’s public licensing documentation describes broader per-user installation allowances for standard enterprise licences. That does not expand this ShreeTools offer beyond its stated five supported devices or permit sharing it between several people.
A smarter way to use this: make next month’s report a refresh, not a rebuild
Suppose you download a sales CSV every month. Most people paste the new rows into an old workbook and repeat the same cleaning. Power Query can save those cleaning steps and apply them again.
- Put the exports in a dedicated folder. Keep column names and data types consistent, and keep unrelated files out.
- In supported desktop Excel, use Data → Get Data → From File → From Folder. Choose Combine & Transform.
- Clean the combined table once: set dates correctly, remove unnecessary columns, and retain a transaction ID so duplicates are visible.
- Load the result into your workbook and build the summary or PivotTable you need.
- Add the next compatible export to the folder and refresh. Check the row count and totals against the source before relying on the report.
This is particularly useful for a freelancer combining project exports or a founder reviewing sales across channels. It is not an automatic correction system: renamed columns, overlapping exports and missing files still need attention. The folder-import workflow and connectors vary by Excel platform; confirm availability on your Mac or Windows version rather than assuming every connector is identical.
Account control matters here
Keep an independent copy of important work. For confidential client files, personal identity documents or anything you cannot afford to lose access to, choose storage whose ownership and permissions you control. Do not make the supplied OneDrive your only backup.
Start after activation
Sign in through Microsoft’s official website using the supplied account. Confirm the active licence and whether the OneDrive option is present. Install the supported apps from Microsoft, open a test document, and check which account and folder new files save to.
Review any device-management prompt before accepting it. Do not enrol a personal device into an organisation’s management merely because an activation screen offers the option; ask for clarification when needed.
Limits and things to avoid
“1 Year+” is the offer’s access description, not a lifetime licence; the warranty remains one year. Continued activation depends on the supplied account and assigned licence.
Do not assume paid Copilot functionality, agents, extra cloud services, additional users or every Microsoft product is included. A Copilot button or a free chat experience does not establish entitlement to every paid AI feature.

This is a supplied-account offer, not an own-account coupon. Confirm your device compatibility and whether you need the 1 TB option before delivery. Follow the supplied account instructions and retain the activation details without sharing credentials publicly.
