If a covered subscription stops working, contact ShreeTools with the product name, account email and a screenshot of the issue. ShreeTools will first try to restore, reactivate or replace the access. Any refund or other remedy depends on the terms of that specific deal.
Paid extras or usage that you intentionally purchase directly from the software company are separate from the ShreeTools deal.
